Traction Engine Flywheel Repair This flywheel suffered from a fractured rim and spoke. Both fractures were ground out in preparation for gas fusion welding using matching filler material. The welded area was dressed to blend in seamlessly with the original contours of the casting.
Traction Engine Wheel Refurbishment This pair of traction engine wheels were badly cracked and corroded. Cast Iron Welding Services cleaned the wheels, ground out the cracks and corrosion and welded in new metal to the original contours.
